MtS is a company limited by guarantee, registered in England and Wales (Number: 6220240) with the registered address of 1st Floor, 6 Bath Place, Rivington Street, London EC2A 3JE.

Any user of the Website (“User“) should note the below policy on Cookies.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small file made up of letters and numbers which contains information that is received by your browser and subsequently downloaded on to your device. Cookies enable us (MtS) to distinguish between the users that visit our website and help us to provide users with an enhanced and personalised experience by keeping a note of user preferences.

As a User, you provide consent by agreeing to the initial cookie “pop up” banner which appears upon accessing the website. The consent you give here is then transferred onto and stored on your device’s hard drive by the browser you use.

The types of cookies you might encounter differ. There are essential cookies and optional cookies. The former, known as “Strictly Necessary” cookies, are automatically activated and do not require user consent.

Cookies used by MtS

a) Strictly necessary cookies
These are cookies which are required for the normal operation of the Website. For example, they enable Users to log into secure areas of the Website, complete forms or provide security.

b) Analytical/performance cookies
These allow MtS to recognise and count the number of Users who visit the website, as well as how they navigate it, i.e which pages they visit often. This enables MtS to improve the operation of the Website, for example, by ensuring that Users are able to easily find the content they are looking for.

c) Functionality cookies
These are used to recognise Users on return to the Website. This enables MtS to personalise Website content for Users, for example by recording User preferences.

d) Targeting cookies
These cookies record the visits of Users to the Website, including the pages visited and links followed. MtS uses this information to tailor both the Website and the advertising displayed on it to the particular interests of Users. This information may also be used to influence our social media and other digital campaigns. MtS may also share this information with third parties for these purposes.

Third party cookies

On some pages, we have included content in the form of widgets or embedded videos from social media sites which also have cookies. Additionally,  providers of external services such as web traffic analysis services may use cookies. These are known as third party cookies, over which MtS has no control. These cookies are likely to be either analytical/performance or targeting cookies.

Managing cookies settings

Users may choose to either reject the use of cookies on the Website by using the Banner, or block cookies by activating the individual browser’s setting which allows Users to refuse the settings of all or some cookies. Instructions on how to do this can be found on each browser’s support section.

Users should note that if the browser settings are used to block all cookies (including essential cookies), access to all or parts of the Website may be restricted or not function as expected.

Web beacons

Some pages on our website and marketing emails use web beacons, otherwise known as pixel tags, which are codes that are downloaded on to your device. We use these to collect information such as the IP address or user behaviour, so we can improve your experience by providing you with relevant content.

Changes to cookies policy

The cookies on the MtS website are subject to change to comply with GDPR. This means they may be updated regularly to reflect new developments.
